Force Majeure

Events outside COURTZ Sports Facility Center Corp’s control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that COURTZ Sports Facility Center Corp. is released from obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

Payment

All products and services remain COURTZ Sports Facility property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. All costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents’ permission to buy from COURTZ Sports Facility Center Corp. All transfers conducted through COURTZ Sports Facility Center Corp. are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Local Taxes

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

• Due to weather conditions, court floors may lose their optimal performance grip. If your party agrees that the courts are unplayable, your entire party must step off the court within the first 30 mins and call the COURTZ Sports Facility toll free number or an attendant on site and ask for a reschedule.
• You will not receive any compensation if your group stays for the entire booked time.
• Your entire party must leave the premises to qualify for rebooking. There will be no compensation given after a booking time has ended.

• There are no refunds for any purchased bookings. Any bookings that are canceled due to external circumstances (lockdowns, weather conditions, or maintenance) will be rebooked. (subject to COURTZ Sports Facility’ discretion, final decision will be made by COURTZ Sports Facility) 
• There are NO refunds, NO rebooking and no cancellation for any purchased bookings

By booking time and clicking book now through COURTZ Sports Facility Corp., you and your entire party agree to becoming members, and hereby assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, losses and damages that occur while attending, exercising or participating at COURTZ Sports Facility Corp. You hereby waive all claims against COURTZ Sports Facility Corp, its instructors, or partners of individually or otherwise, for any and all injuries, claims or damages that might occur to you or members of your party during your booking.

COURTZ Sports Facility Corp and its staff hold no responsibility for lost or stolen items.

We do not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of the content posted by third parties.
